The Bean Counters are here....need immediate help locating the BEST reference material to justify keeping an IV Team in place (350 bed community hospital). I know others have been in this situation and may have the resources close at hand. I have been touting infection control, cost savings, increased patient safety and patient satisfaction, etc - they want Evidence Based Practice articles.
