I need to verify if line is now with tip in the Right Innominate, is this still considered Central? During my line audits I found that line is out by 2 cm, the floor is infusing Calcium Chloride PRN.

Definitely NOT central and this is considered a malpositioned CVAD. And infusing a horrible vesicant. A serious complication just waiting to happen. See INS standard on CVAD Malpositions. Lynn
