I have never seen a video, probably because it does not "cleanse" the walls of the catheter. Biofilm and fibrin are firmly attached to the catheter. Would you really want to encourage a technique that breaks this layer causing it to float into the bloodstream where the biofilm can lead to a BSI? Lynn
