can anyone share their practice on this on pediatric population? what is the dosing? or are there any diferences between an adult and a peds patient? drug literature says 5-10 mg of Phentolamine diluted in a 10 cc Saline syringe, and injected to the area within 12 hours. any comments please. much appreciated. thanks.
