Can we use a Swan-Ganz catheter to infuse TPN? I know that there are multiple ports and one or two of them can be used for meds administration. Just not sure if TPN is one of those medications we can routinely give through this line.

It depends on where the tips for each lumen are actually located. Check the instructions for use for the specific brand being used and their diagrams. PN can ONLY be infused through a tip located in the RA or CAJ. The lumen ending in the PA is not ok and neither is the introducer because it is too short.
