We are just finishing being credentiialed to read our own CXR's. We read 50 with a doctor. What I am looking for is how other people did their credentialing. Does anyone have a competency checklist or other paperwork. We don't have any paperwork made up yet and we were looking for some examples if anyone has any. If you are willing to share you can email them to [email protected]. Thanks.
I don't have this accessible to me now, but we did create a checklist. The radiologists didn't require us to do 50. They agreed to 10.
I will try to send the checklist that reflects 10 accurate tip locations being required.
