Does anyone have a specific protocol for use of the Arrow/Teleflex RIC catheters ? These are 7 or 8.5 FR (yes FRENCH) diameter, 2.2" long PERIPHERAL IV cannulas intended for use in hemorrhagic/large volume resus via the antecubital vein.
Any recommendations or practice guidelines for post insertion care would be helpful.
