We have recently seen an increase in spontaneous leak/fracture with our neonatal 1 and 2 fr Vygon PICCs at the junction of the tubing and wing hub. We have notified Vygon. Wondering if anyone else has been experiencing this. We insert using the peel away needle which is no different than what we have done in the past. We usually see a handful of this complication every year so don't know whether this is just a cluster or a bigger problem
