Hello,

What type of securement devise do you use on your pediatric PICCs?  We have used StatLocks but they are so difficult to remove and very difficult to prevent catheter movement during dressing changes.  We also have used SecurAcath and have had some difficulty removing on kids.  Do you use any local numbing prior to securAcath removal, and if so what do you use??  Any other securement options that you all use?  Thank you!
