How long do we wait before placing a PICC LINE on the oposite arm of AICD or PACEMAKER?

No guidelines. This is determined by the preferences of the cardiologist inserting the AICD or pacemaker, ranges from 6 weeks to 6 months. Catheter still shares the same vein as the lead wires in SVC.
