We are looking to create a drug list (evidence based) for our health care system to use as a guideline/ indication for Central Venous Catheters (incl. Picc's) and Midlines. This is to help healthcare providers to administer drugs via the most appropriate VAD. Anyone out there has a list and references already or knows where to find some?
