Ok so I am updating our PICC consent. I know at the hospital I worked for in the past we had a PICC consent that covered any exchanges or replacement of the same PICC line. i am having a hard time finding any information on this. There are times that we have to exchange or replace more then once due to malposition or PICC being pulled out. Any thoughts?
