I know everyone asks this question periodically trying to benchmark for various reasons...we are trying to justify another FTE and are being asked to identify what other pediatric facilities provide in terms of # of beds, hours of coverage, # of FTEs, and services provided, ie. placing PICCs, dressings, difficut IVs, troubeshooting central lines, etc and numbers of procedures if you have them. Thanks!
