Does anyone already have an education sheet for patients who have a short peripheral IV at home but do not have home care. These patients are following up daily at an infusion center and have a PIV left in for as long as it is functioning. Information such as education on what to do if it falls out, protecting from daily activities, showering and anything I missed.
