After climbing out from under the mountain of PICCs I've inserted over the past several months I finally have found time to finish the policy I've written for over-the-wire PICC catheter exchanges. I know I wrote my preliminary draft after reading someone else's policy, but of course by now the prototype has disappeared. My policy looks pretty good but is completely without references due to this. Can someone help me out (again)? This must be for over-the-wire exchanges, not through-the-introducer.......I already have one of those.
