Posting the following question from a colleague

Montgomery General is looking at starting an outpatient, RN based PICC program.
The team currently places a majority of inpatient PICC lines and has some questions regarding expanding into the outpatient arena.
Our first question is regarding billing codes, with a nurse based program what billing codes can be used?
Also, there is a supervision component as part of the CMS guidelines for outpatients, who supervises outpatient PICC programs at existing programs?
