I have a need to review IV P & Ps from different states and earlier time periods. In most hospitals, keeping older reference books and articles that are referenced in their P & Ps tend to be replaced with the newer references therefore not being accessible anymore. Does anyone know of a way for me to find materials from 1995 to 2001? The exact references I am looking for is the Nurses Reference Library Procedure book on IV insertions from circa 1998 to 2000 and an article or publication from Cutter Medical called - Recommended Practices for Improving Intravenous Therapy and Venipuncture Technique -. The State is Illinois. Thnx
