We are revising our flushing policy for PIcc's, HIckman's and CVP's to a NS only FLush. WE use microclaves caps. We are looking for articles to help us decide on frequency. We are thinking 10cc q8 hours when not in use, 10cc after meds and 20 cc after labs draws. If anyone can recommend an article it would be very helpful.
