We currently use the Microclave for a needleless connector. We recently had an incident where a pediatric patient was able to pull out the inner part of the Microclave which resulted in blood back flowing out the catheter. We also have been finding a lot of lines left unclamped and having issues with occluded ports. We are thinking about trialing the Nexus TKO and are looking for feedback from anyone who is currently using.
