Hello Everyone!
Any one mind sharing your audit tools for assessing IV Therapy educational needs?
We currently are having a problem with lack of proper documentation, timely interventions for complications and just some poor practice on all three shifts. We are hoping that by conducting these audits, determining the individual needs and re-educating each RN personally we can improve the nursing care for our patients.
