I don't have a policy to share but would want to know if this drug is labeled for this route. If not, has the physician provided adequate information from research about this route? If this is off-label, what are your policies for these types of situations - go before your IRB, medical review or something else. I would want all bases covered. Sorry I have never given any intra-articular drugs, just intra-arterial chemo. Lynn
