Has anyone been requested to place a PICC with multiple lumens so that the nurses could run 1-3 antibiotics at the same time? It was something that came up this past weekend from a physician and several nurses and I am wondering if anyone else has been presented with the same problem. Looking for feedback and references to print as to the problems with infusing multiple antibiotics at the same time. Thanks in advance
