How have you managed growth to become Vascular Access Services...?

I am part of an IV Team, located in 2 facilities on southern Vancouver Island in Victoria, BC. We are being encourage to look ahead, to envision a broader scope of practice suggested by Vascular Access Services. Appreciating that many are already there, we have developed a questionnaire to try to capture what you are doing, how you have managed it. If you would like more information or know that you would be willing to contribute, please write to me at [email protected]. and Thank you much for what you have to offer.

You sound like you are

You sound like you are taking a different approach than what I have heard. Most of the time when changing to a vascular access service, people speak in terms of limiting their scope of practice instead of broadening it. I strongly believe that infusion therapy and vascular access can not be separated so I like your concept of it being a broader scope.
