For those of you associated with hospital-based infusion centers, do physicians regularly evaluate the patients (outside of evaluating for complications and/or managing reactions) while receiving their therapy? If so, do you know if they are billing for this service and what exactly they are billing? Would it be an E/M level, like 99214?
