I would like feedback from other home care nurses around the country regarding administration of IVIG in the home. Will you do first doses at home? After the first dose, do you stay for the whole infusion? Do you have a standard protocol for rate of infusion, or do you administer the different products per the recommendations outlined in the package insert? What is your protocol for monitoring of vital signs during the infusion?
