one more flush question..since the ISP do not want us to dispense the higher heparin doses to mix with NS to make a suitable heparin flush solution for hemodialysis catheters I want to switch to non- tunneled to the NS then 2 ml of 1000 units per ml and 4 ml of the same concentration for the tunneled HD catheters does the INS say anything about that or do I need to look elsewhere???
