My IVT team is looking to compare ourselves to similarly sized hospitals (200 beds) to find out how many FTE's (full time equivalents)they have and what services they provide. ie: hrs of service, central and/or peripheral team, line care, education programs etc.
In these difficult economic times, it seems we are all having to justify our value.
