Could you point me to any guidance/evidence regarding flushing of lines after an intermittent infusion - particuarly if these are running as a primary infusion.
Have had a query regarding ceftriaxone infusion from pharmacist, where up to a 1/4 of the dose has been left in line if not flushed through...
