We are currently conducting a research project on an experimental medication for our renal department. The medical director has requested we use the patients fistula. Does any one have a competency check off form for fistula access?
Also the Hyatt in Phoenix (INS convention) is sold out. Is anyone having trouble getting a room?? Is anyone interested in sharing? I have a room and my co-worker can not come.
