What is the current and where can I find the evidence based practice standards for applying a filter to continuous IV infusions thru any central line ( unless specific medication contraindicated)? There is a controversy and lack of notation in policies in various institutes as new hires are becoming confused . I was unable to locate this specific topic in the INS Standards .
