So in our facility pharmacy has several critical drips that can only be ran peripherally for 24 hours. Many nurses take that as they can rotate sites even rotate back to a site after 24 hours. Does INS have any recommendations for this?

Although not stated in these specific terms, the entire Standard on VAD Planning would speak to this. Sounds like unintended consequences of a poorly written policy.
