We are updating our PICC line and midline policy and I was looking for information on how often a Covaderm dressing should be changed if it is used. I have found conflicting information from 48 hours to twice a week or change as the tegaderm would be changed. I am concerned that the site will not be assessed for 7 days since that is the number of days for our tegaderm dressings. Any input would be welcome.
