Benchmark for repeat CXR's
Our PICC team purchased a Sherlock from Bard in late February of 2009. At that time the percent of repeat CXR's was 22%. After using the Sherlock for several months the % of repeat CXR's went down to 10%. Our Central Line Management committee is asking us for a national standard or goal for repeat CXR's so the significance of improvement is relevant to a specific benchmark. Does anyone know what this would be? Thanks.
