I am incensed by the ED doctor who "has had not problems with the med" He is not there to see the problems! The picture in the follow up case comes from a friend of mine's father who was the patient in the article. I have a series of at least 8 pictures of this man's hand. I am hoping I can attach or post on this website as I was encouraged to share for eductional purposes. It was not at our hospital but another hospital in our area. The patient has since had partial amutation of two fingers and may need more as circulation is compromised into the forearm.
I tried attaching the file and I don't know if it worked.
If not and you want to see it send me a private e-mail and I will forward it.
