I have a patient that has a R simple mastectomy with sentinel node (1). Had vascular surgery on L arm for bypass last week. Needs 6 weeks ABX.Â
Left arm is not an option.Â
Right arm - small chance for lymphedema. We don't place PICC's in IJ'S or EJ's at this facility.
Could have Hohn placed? What would you do?

Send patient to IR (power line, Hohn), any small bore catheter from any manufacturer with a small cuff. IR calls them SBCC lines in their lingo
