Silver Site product compared to Biopatch

Does anyone have any experience with the TriState Silversite dressing compared to the J & J Biopatch dressing??Â

There is still no studies on silver dressings and I still can not see any benefit from silver.

We used gold sheets on sterile wounds in the OR 15 years ago....but any benefit?
