Does anyone have maximum infusion rates for specific lines (sizes) for example:PICC and PICC groshong,  3fr = 250ml/hour. I am reviewing some policies and this is in one and I would like to verify the documentation. I would like for all types of lines if available.

I do not know of any one place where all brands of all types of lines are documented. However, flow rates through each brand are published by the manufacturer in the Instructions for Use that comes in the kit with each catheter. You may be able to find many of these now online at the specific manufacturer's website.

I would check with the manufacturers' info. Doing the literature search of that s more meaningful than "what we have always done".
