My Director has asked me to locate the CPT numbers for PFO tests and PAC accessing and deaccessing - can anyone help me out (we have looked in the book and they are not there - are they now bundled charges?)Â Thank you .....Jane
If performed to facilitate an infusion/injection, obtain a specimen, or declot the device using a thrombolytic agent these procedures are bundled- you can find mention of this in the Injection/Infusion (CPT 90765-90779) & Chemo (96401) sections of the CPT book, as well as Vascular Injection Procedures beginning at CPT 36000.

Sorry....forgot to mention, I am not certain what "PFO tests" refers to or exactly what is involved. If you could explain what this is and what type of tests are involved I may be able to help you identify the appropriate CPT codes.
