I am looking to share a room with some one who has one - I have my conference fee paid and the flight booked and just found out there is not a hotel room to be found in the Hyatt or the Wyndham.
Anyone looking for a female nonsmoker for the conference? I am arriving on Thursday (not doing the preconference) and leaving Monday evening. I would take all 4 days or only Sat and Sunday nights (I have someone I can stay with Thurs and Fri if needed)

that is funny that 5 days ago they had no rooms. Because today I called to make a reservation and there was no problem. I called the main 800 reservations number, not the hotel itself.( now wondering if I should call the main hotel!)
