KCL infiltrates
I have been asked by one of our ED nurses about writing a policy for KCL infiltrates. She has been told that Wydase is the antecdote for these infiltrates. I told that I was not aware of any antecdote for KCL infiltrates, other than cool compresses. Can anyone help me with this? Reference articles would be helpful. Thanks!

Hyaluronidase
Yes, hyaluronidase is the antidote for many infiltration/extravasation injuries. You will find a lot published by doing a Medline lit search. There are 3 brands now on the market. Lynn
