Admission Criteria to hospital based Infusion Cllinic
Does anyone have admission criteria that they would like to share on hospital based Outpatient Infusion Clinic? Any information would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
Our admission criteria: stable, adult patients whose orders are from an attending physician with admitting privileges. We are CPOE and therefore only privileged MD's are listed in the system, and should we have a patient who experiences an untoward event, we can get them admitted. We are a 250 bed community hospital treating outpatients from all disciplines. Hope this helps.
