What bone is broken? Hand or wrist might be ok, but still not the best option. Can the opposite arm be used? That is the best option. Broken humerous would definitely be a problem and PICC should not be inserted. Broken bones of forearm still may be a problem with casting, PT/OT needs, etc. Lynn
