need reference for mask with picc dressing change

Hello,

Does anyone have a good reference easily on hand for use of mask with PICC dressing changes? I have a nurse requesting a reference on this.  Told her I would post to the group. 

I sent her INS 2006 standards on site care and PICCs, and the CDC guidelines for prevention of intravascular device infections.  But I did not see specific study regarding use mask with the dressing changes- a lot on use of mask with PICC insertions.
