 We recently started placing the 35cm chf medical aquadex microfiltration catheter. The company packages it with a Braun PP cap. What are others doing in clinical practice during the blood withdrawl, as we have noticed that the pump is very sensitive. In other words what works?. WE do not use a stat loc to secure b/c that also slowed down the withdrawl and the pump alarmed.
