Debridement

This is a patient who had febrile neutropenia, developed cellulitis @ Hickman site < 1 wk post-insertion, ended up septic in ICU and required skin debridements and an extensive skin graft.  The patient has freely consented to distribution of the photo for educational purposes to prevent others from going through a similar horrific ordeal.
