Maybe but would need lots more details to make this decision. Cause of superficial vein thrombosis? Age of it? Other hypercoaguable factors? Very small PICC in basilic vein with correct tip location might be ok depending on these answers. Or a axillosubclavian or IJ CICC. Lynn
