Chlorascrub (prep/dry time) for PIV

Our facility joined a cost saving collaberative and the IV start kit that was chosen will include Chlorascrub.  I have searched the internet for info regarding required prep/drying time and have no answers.  Does anyone know?

I believe the recommendation

I believe the recommendation is the same as alcohol and Chloaprep. Cleanse the area for at least 30 seconds the allow to air dry completely (at least 30 seconds) prior to access.

I just received a phone call from the product director and its 15sec. scrub with 30 sec. dry.
