Does anyone have information or references on the volume of VAD's placed in the US by class: Non-tunneled CVC, tunneled CVC, implanted port, PICCs, PIV ( with or wthout midline) especially, information about how many devices were placed in 2000 and the volume of CVC's being placed now?

There are no databases on the number of catheters inserted, that I have ever found. The market data comes from catheters sold and that data is available (for a handsome price) from the companies that mine such data. This included Frost & Sullivan plus several others. I am sure your marketing people know about purchasing these reports.
