Besides thanking you for creating this wonderful site, I wanted to thank you for the respose to my question "Who supervizes PICC RN". As a result of your answer, we found out that California BRN no longer requires that PICC be under standardize procedure that requires a supervizing physician.
It saved us so much aggrevation.
So to all you Californian out there, who still think you need to function under Standardize Procedure with a supervising Physician...You will find it in our BRN under "An explanation of the scope of RN practice, including stadardize procedure, Section 3 subsection 2.
You are welcome, but the thanks for this website goes to Sarah Kuykendall, not me!! This site belongs to Sarah. We all owe her a lot for the benefits of this site. Thanks for all your hard work!!

I am looking for an EPB article showing that a dedicated Vascular Access Team can help reduce the use of Alteplase. Any suggestions?
Thank you, Susan Williams
