We use the INS Clinical
We use the INS Clinical Competency validation program for infusion therapy for all our competencies. It is a very worthwhile tool where you just printoff what you need. We create a booklet with all the competencies that are needed for the new hires. Why recreate the wheel, when INS already has it done?
